Wave is a branding studio based in Pererenan, Bali, Indonesia, founded by Natalya Greben, who art-directs every project. This page is a public price calculator for branding work: the visitor picks the scope and sees a preliminary price, the stages and the time each stage takes.
Prices in US dollars. A brand platform costs $1500 for a brand at launch and $2000 for a brand selling for one to three years. A large business already in production and distribution gets a full brand strategy instead, at $5000. Identity costs $1500 for the core set — logo, type, colour and graphics — available to brands at launch, and $3500 for the full set, which adds motion and the applications a particular business needs, including design for two social platforms with profile design, sample posts and templates for whoever runs the accounts. Packaging is priced per item: $700 for each construct, meaning a form, material, seal or size of its own, and $300 for each variant inside the same construct, such as another flavour, colour or text. A brand new product without chosen containers starts with a container selection stage at $1000, or $1500 across several product categories. A landing page costs $700 to $1500 and a website $2000 to $5000, depending on size, graphics and functionality. Guidelines for a marketer, contractors or an in-house team cost $800. Working across two or three markets adds about 15 percent to strategy, identity and site work, and an international rollout about 30 percent; packaging prices are fixed.
Timelines. A brand platform takes three to six weeks. Identity takes two to three months. Packaging takes fifteen working days for the first construct, seven more for each additional construct and two more for each variant. Container selection takes ten working days. A landing page takes from one week and a site from three weeks. Packaging runs in parallel with identity. Deadlines start from payment for the stage and receipt of all materials from the client.
How the work runs. Strategy comes before design: without it a design can only be argued about as a matter of taste. If the client already has a brand platform or strategy, Wave works from it and does not charge for it. Identity is built as a system, so new materials are later assembled from ready elements. A site or a landing page is built only on identity Wave designed. Wave does not do prepress in house — that stage goes to the printer, and Wave supervises it through the print run. Payment runs stage by stage, 50 percent before each stage and 50 percent after, and the client can stop after any stage. The calculator gives a preliminary estimate; the final price is agreed after a meeting.

Branding and packaging price calculator — Wave branding studio, Bali
Hi. I'm Natalya, I founded Wave and art-direct every project myself.
You're in the part of the studio site where you can get a sense of what a project will cost and how long it will take — before we even talk.
Your scope
Price follows scope: what is built from scratch, where the brand lives — screens, shelves or both — how many markets it works in, and who uses the system afterwards.
A preliminary estimate. The final price is set after we meet.

Timelines run from payment for the stage and receipt of all materials. Packaging runs in parallel with identity.
Work
How the work runs
- We start from who you sell to and why. Once that's written down, design is discussed through arguments rather than taste — and the rounds of revisions get shorter.
- If you already have a platform or strategy, I work from it and don't charge for it.
- Identity is a system, not a single logo: new materials are later assembled from ready elements, without a new brief or a new budget.
- In a full identity the applications are chosen for your business. If social media is among them, I make templates for whoever runs your accounts; producing the posts themselves stays with them.
- A site or packaging is built on that system, so it comes after it or runs in parallel with it.
- Anything that goes to print I take through to the run together with the printer — you don't face them alone.
- Payment runs stage by stage: 50% before each, 50% after. You can stop at any of them — nothing is paid for the whole project upfront.
